The enablement of new global and local partnerships and optimization of existing partnerships, together with the integration of new or existing SD Worx group asset offerings (e.g. Protime, Adessa, PointLogic, and other future acquisitions.)

The Solution Enabler is to coordinate and facilitate the roll out of all processes between SD Worx, our partners, group members and the end customers in order to get a successful launch or optimization of partner and group asset offerings, along with optimizing the daily cooperation with partners or group members.   
The role actively participates in activities focused on aligning internal and external stakeholders, matching offerings with market demands, guarding profitability aspects by means of the creation of business cases and evaluate portfolio fit while exploring potential partnerships or integrating group asset offerings. Good project coordination skills are key in this role. 

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:


1. Point of contact for group partner & asset management offering enablement activities. 
2. Support Portfolio design and rationalization that comes with new partner or group asset offerings. 
3. Building up a business case concerning the product, challenges, processes, …
4. Facilitate and coordinate the implementation of (new) group partnerships or group asset offerings in the local or global SD Worx organisation and market from a program management point of view, together with the respective owners of the different parts of the SD Worx or partner organization. The processes to be enrolled can be situated in sales, operations or product environment of SD Worx.
5. Collaborate in the positioning of the partner or group asset offering within the respective (local) segment portfolio.
6. SPOC / entry point for (potential) partners 
7. SPOC for inducing optimizations between sales / operations / customer support / product organization and the partner or group asset
8. Lead recurring status meetings between most important partners, group asset and relevant in country stakeholders. 
9. Monitor in country and global partner or group asset offerings in terms of day2day cooperation, KPI’s, legal/technical/market changes
10. Monitor & ensure partner commission 
11. Participate in partner or group asset events
12. Support the negotiation and creation of partnership agreements between SD Worx and partners together with colleagues from legal, risk & security, M&A, etc.
