Sales Controller

Your Role:
The Sales Controller will be a key player in the Commercial Finance Department and will report to the Commercial Finance Director. This is a newly created role covering all SD Worx countries and will require to work closely with Sales, and Finance Business Partners.
The main objective of this function is to improve quality of Sales to Revenue projection model.  

 

Your Responsibilities:
•    Ensure integrity and timeliness of Sales metrics reported in Sales Force
•    Ensure each country has proper controls and procedures in place for reported Sales data accuracy 
o    Evaluate, leverage, and monitor existing processes applied
o    Implement or improve processes when needed
•    Inform and coach Sales Teams in case of deviation 
•    Contribute to process improvement and efficiency initiatives
•    Implement Sales audit process 
o    post signature deal value audits (how does it compare to contract and sales reporting)
•    Implement a process for regular backlog reviews in every business
o    Assess situation of deals signed but not yet live 
•    Safeguard pay out of sales incentive plans (commission plans)
o    Ensure amount paid are aligned with individual plans and performance  
o    Participate in rolling out annual sales incentive plans
•    Involved in the Sales and Revenue budgeting/forecasting process of SD Worx.
•    Develop a per country customer profitability framework

 

Your Profile

  • Ability to work closely with Sales and being a respected partner
  • Enjoy working with multiple stakeholders from different countries, from all levels up to leadership 
  • Strong analytical skills and data mindset
  • Skills in problem solving
  • Advanced experience with MS Office, Excel
  • Dedicated to driving the business in a profitable and sustainable manner
  • An experience with Sales Force would be a plus
  • Fluent in English
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Financial Planning and analysis (FP&A), Controlling, Sales Operations
