Via these digital channels we are creating a world of work where our customers, their workers and our partners can participate in an ecosystem to strengthen each other. Together we create a platform business through growth of our active user base and partner landscape and this via a kick-ass user experience. For our ambitious fast growing platform business we are looking for a commercial Partner Growth manager to join our internal startup.  


As our new Partner Growth Manager, you will work directly with our Platform Business Segment leader, and commercial /operations teams to help expand & activate our World of Work ecosystem. Your mission will be on partner acquisition & partner onboarding: you will set up and build a network of strategic partners that provide (niche) solutions in the World of Work, so SD Worx can provide these offerings to its +75K customers & their +5M workers via our digital channels 


As our Partner Growth Manager, your main tasks and activities will include: 

Partner Acquisition (B2B/B2B2E/B2C):  

  • build a proactive partner funnel in different geographies in EU (starting in Belgium, The Netherlands, Germany,…). 
  • Be a driving force in understanding the world of work value domain & partner landscape  
  • Understand our SD Worx portfolio to help out our customers   
  • Analyse, report & optimize partnership results and weighted partner pipeline 


Partner onboarding 

  • Define the joined (SD Worx – partner) value prop for our customers  
  • From acquisition to signed contract 
  • Work closely together with & our platform business designers and digital marketing team to increase adoption and engagement of partner solutions 



Requested skills: 

  • Strategic thinker with action-oriented can do attitude 
  • 4-5 years strategy consulting, business development or entrepreneurial experience 
  • Experience with building and maintaining an ecosystem of partners 
  • Self-starter who can manage multiple stakeholders 
  • Partnership or channel management in SaaS is a big plus 
  • Management skills to handle a network of external agents 
  • Strong interpersonal relationship management and oral and written communication skills (English) 
  • Eager to learn and develop yourself and others around you 
  • Interest in the start-up ecosystem, or experience working at a start-up 
  • Experience in a SaaS or hyper-growth environment 
  • You like to draw outside the boarders 
  • Proactive, results-driven, and highly motivated 
  • Learner mindset, always eager to improve both personally and professionally 
  • Yes we can! attitude & problem solving mindset
