International Payroll Services Director

Your Role:
You are responsible for leading and directing managed services for international customers. You will together with the other Payroll Services Directors anticipate service and software changes and review opportunities to enhance production operations in order to optimise productivity and business growth.  You will lead, direct, and control the day-to-day activities to achieve the short and medium-term financial and operating objectives set by the overall corporate business plan.

Your Responsibilities:
1.    Participate in the strategic objectives, vision, mission, and strategic planning of your segment and of SD Worx.
2.    Provide day-to-day leadership and management that mirrors our mission and core values.
3.    Build, motivate, and lead a high-performance management team; attract, recruit, and retain members of the team as needed, fostering a success-oriented, accountable environment.
4.    Manage relationships with international key clients; have direct and ongoing contact at all levels within international client organisations.
5.    Provide strategy and direction on improved productivity and services to quality standards. 
6.    Develop and lead the implementation of new service excellence initiatives, including strategic resource allocation; lean mgt. principles; organisation structure; leadership; sourcing and integration; software systems (input) and techniques for improved efficiencies and manage to best practice.
7.    Establish operating budgets with Finance Business Partner.
8.    Monitor the cost and effectiveness of production to optimize resources and ensure quality and service standards/best practices. 
9.    Set and monitor performance against standards, targets, administration efficiency and cost control. 
10.    Research, evaluate, and recommend investments that will enhance productivity.
11.    Ensure a consistent and high quality of service delivery is provided to international clients.
12.    Lead operational excellence through continuous improvement.
13.    Responsibility for customer and employee satisfaction (NPS /eNPS).

Your Profile:
1.    Senior operational and technological management experience
2.    Demonstrable experience of successfully developing smartshore, nearshore and offshoring capabilities
3.    Considerable experience in influencing senior managers where no line control exists
4.    Experience of managing/overseeing large international projects/organizations
5.    Demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding budgetary objectives
6.    Demonstrates a high level of people management ability
7.    Understanding of financial modelling
8.    High quality presentation and influencing skills
9.    Ability to drive operational excellence
