SD Worx offers People Solutions across the entire employee life cycle, from staffing over payroll & reward to talent & career management. The ‘small and medium-size businesses’ department within SD Worx serves approximately 70.000 customers in various European countries, ranging from 1 to 250 employees. Our field marketing team fuels the growth of the business, by generating qualified leads for our sales colleagues.
Currently, we are looking to welcome a performance marketeer who will focus on the local and international SMB market. More specifically, you will target companies with a small to medium number of employees outside of the company’s headquarters.



Your challenge ahead
•    Experiment and implement new growth strategies to boost customer acquisition
•    Generate quality leads by developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns that fit with our marketing strategy
•    Optimize and manage SD Worx’ online presence and engagement
•    A/B test ads, campaigns, actions,… to increase lead generation and reach
•    Track, benchmark and analyze campaigns to optimize and make recommendations on media spend
•    Develop original and innovative content and strategies to improve SEO and increase visibility
•    Create viral growth through referral marketing and other growth marketing techniques
•    Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing tools, trends, and strategies and research new ideas and strategies
•    Identify high-impact marketing opportunities; plan, experiment, iterate, learn and optimize constantly
•    Track KPIs for our international growth
•    Adapt plans to target different user segments
•    Reporting directly to the international field marketing manager, and simultaneously working closely together with the different stakeholders in Belgium and across the European countries



Who are we looking for?
•    3+ years of user acquisition, growth hacking or advanced digital marketing experience (SEO, SEA, e-mail marketing, social media, marketing automation flows, social advertising,…)
•    Tech savvy and familiar with tools such as SalesForce SalesCloud and SalesForce Pardot. Creating and modifying campaigns in our marketing automation tools does not scare you
•    Willing and able to learn about our brand story and the needs and wants of our audience, and to get to know our offering in depth
•    Data-driven decision maker and analytical mindset
•    You have experience in translating a commercial growth objective into a sound marketing and communication plan
•    Self-motivated and entrepreneurial, genuinely driven to grow our business
•    Creative and customer-centric thinker
•    Fast learner and stress-resistant
•    Action-oriented and a “do-er”
•    Good design eye and writing experience for a variety of channels
•    Since you will be working closely together with both Belgian as European stakeholders, you excel in at least one other language besides Dutch. Mastering of every extra language is a plus.
