Inside Sales Representative

We are looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to join our internal startup and convince our customers of this new World of Work era. 


What you will be doing 

  • Prospecting of leads from multiple sources 
  • Engage with prospects via email and/or phone, positioning World of Work offerings from partners and SD Worx to their needs 
  • Qualify incoming leads, providing product and pricing information, assessing needs, and establishing budget and timelines 
  • Transfer of qualified leads to partners 

 
As an Inside Sales Specialist you will closely work with our digital marketing team and propose our World of Work offering through inbound response to leads, outbound contacting, social media and email campaigns. 

 

Profile 

  • Creative and assertive communication skills. 
  • Open to feedback and development. 
  • A minimum of 2 + years of proven sales experience in a B2B environment selling SaaS/Services. 
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM. 
  • Knowledge of the HR sector is advantageous, but not essential. 
  • Strong opportunity qualification, objection handling, and time management ability. 
  • Trained on call structuring, conversation control, and pitching. 
  • Experience in use of social selling tools for both research and outreach. 
  • Experience as a telemarketeer or in consulting is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a high-energy sales team environment. 
  • Positive and energetic phone skills and strong writing skills. 
  • Eager to understand the clients needs and pain points and the ability to connect our business value.
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies as SPIN, MEDDIC or Solution Sales is a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree in any related field is preferred, but not needed. 
  • Languages: Dutch/French/English
