As our new Inside Sales Representative, you will work directly with our Business Designers and Partner Managers to help expand & activate our World of Work ecosystem. Your mission will be to create, followup and close opportunities for all the offers we have on our mysdworx marketplace. You help to sell more offers from the marketplace and improve our way of selling through the marketplace.
Inside sales, what exactly does that entail?
- You work remotely with potential customers to guide them through our our sales process to ensure that they find the adequate product or service that answers their problem or need.
- You develop a deep product knowledge of our partners offers and SD Worx offers of services in order to answer customer questions, inquiries and specific requests in the buying process.
- You qualify incoming leads, providing product and pricing information, assessing needs, and establishing budget and timelines and transfer of qualified leads to partners
- You learn how to establish trust and rapport with potential customers by leveraging tools like phone, email, video, virtual meetings and any form of content at your disposal.
- You work closely with the marketing and business designers teams to set goals and report on sales progress. Together with the internal teams to develop your portfolio. Furthermore, you will also ensure good collaboration with clients.
- You are eager to learn and challenges are your daily motivation. You like to be challenged, but also like to challenge your team with innovative ideas.
Profile
- Creative and assertive communication skills.
- Open to feedback and development.
- A minimum of 2 + years of proven sales experience in a B2B environment selling SaaS/Services.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM is a plus
- Knowledge of the HR sector is advantageous, but not essential.
- Strong opportunity qualification, objection handling, and time management ability.
- Trained on call structuring, conversation control, and pitching.
- Experience in use of social selling tools for both research and outreach.
- Ability to work in a high-energy sales team environment.
- Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in any related field is preferred, but not needed.
- You speak and write Dutch and French fluently (English is useful but not required).
