HR Manager Reward, Analytics & Systems

You and your team are responsible for the development and execution of strategic and
tactical measurements and analyses, HR business intelligence and benchmarking and the
formulation of recommendations and/or planning/budgeting for HR and management.
- HR metrics = data from the past
- HR analytics = analyses that examine the effect of HR practices on employee engagement
or on the company's results.
- HR predictive modeling = advanced statistical techniques that determine which situations
may occur in the future
In the long run, the focus should be on the last aspect, i.e., in consultation with the various
stakeholders/clients, the construction of data models that make it possible to gain insight into
future evolutions/trends or risks on the basis of certain hypotheses, from a broad, deep
insight into the past and the present. To this end, strategic and tactical measurement and
analysis will have to be developed and carried out (determination of methodology and
analysis techniques). Objective: to put forward workable KPIs in order to actually monitor and
support the realisation of the SD Worx strategy and the HR strategy.




You and your team are responsible for the development of policies in the field of reward in
line with the values, the business objectives and the desired changes in terms of
performance, culture and leadership which will lead to satisfied customers and financial
success (profit service chain). This concerns all remuneration elements in the broadest
sense and includes:
- The design of the system to translate business objectives into individual objectives.
- The elaboration of the sub-policies.
- The design of the C&B package that leads to the improvement of performance, the desired
changes and in accordance with the values of the organisation without increasing the total
C&B budget.
- Monitoring the effectiveness of comp&ben programmes and evaluating alternatives. C&B
packages should also reflect the added value of the different roles.
- Aligning all C&B elements with the legal and fiscal regulations.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of C&B packages in terms of attraction and retention of
tractors and strong holders.



We expect you to:
- Have experience in managing a team responsible for Reward, HR Systems & Analytics, General HR
- have IT affinity and experience in HR tools, applications, systems and processes
- Have at least 10 years of relevant work experience;
- Be strong in communication and Negotiating 
- Have the necessary experience in the field of change and stakeholder management.
- Find it a challenge to motivate and coach people and make them work together.
- Be familiar with social legislation. 
- Be a team player
- Be process-oriented, analytical, proactive and customer-oriented;
- Fluently speak and write English, knowledge of Dutch, French and or German is an asset
- Be innovative and be able to look at things from a constructive and critical point of view;
- Be passionate about HR & People
