Unit Manager SAP

Reports to  

SAP operations director    



- Business management responsibility for the unit: manage on operational & financial KPI’s , forecasting & managing risks,…
- Monitor NPS scores/customer feedback and set up actions to improve    
- Leading and coaching of teamleads and larger team on multiple locations (>50 people - BE+MAU+SP). Set focus & prioritization
- Organize development of people & responsible for people engagement (onboarding plan, skills development,…)
- Implement/monitor lean & agile ways of working & continuous improvement of the services provided, the efficieny and the quality delivered
- Manage the internal/external capacity on mid-long term + right shoring    
- Assure timely & correct answers to commercial opportunities (farming at existing customers + answering RFP/RFI) & make us win new deals in collaboration with sales
- Follow up on service delivery/satisfaction/needs with clients. Both on escallations and opportunities

- Experience in business management for larger teams and leading team leads.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in comparable areas of responsibility
- Strong experience in payroll outsourcing and/or SAP HCM        
- Expertise of HR/PY Shared Service Centers            
- Good IT know-how                        
- Very good know-how of SAP suite and network in the SAP community is advantageous
- Fluent in written and spoken English (additional foreign language would be an advantage)
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting                
- Strong Service and customer orientation                
- High quality awareness                    
- Excellent people management: motivating, steering, challenging, promoting
- Strong communication and presentation skills and empathy        
- Willingness to travel
