- Platform building: offer reusable platform components as a service for internal SD Worx products & services and initiate platform business model innovation via 3rd parties.
- We bring value to our internal and external customers based on our data insights, knowledge data and expertise.​ 
- Our products stand for top quality and stability.​

Your job:

Planning and prioritizing the work 
- Help, facilitate prepare plans, proposals, backlogs by aggregating and analyzing information from Product Owners and Scrum Masters; 
- Promote self-organization and team spirit inside the Tribe; 
- Promote continuous improvement within the Tribe. 

Managing the Tribe 
- Agrees to personal development goals, gathers feedback and does final assessment for the Engineers within their squads;  
- Coaches the teams on delivering added value, trust, transparency, effective practices, job expectations, contribution, attitude and continuous improvement; 
- Serves as escalation point for HR admin such as long-term leave, planning and signing of vacations, prolonged illness;  
- Coaching Tribe leaders, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Engineers in internationally mixed squads (onshore/offshore). 
- Coach the leadership and executive teams to create an environment where agile values and principles are adopted;

- You speak fluently Dutch and English
