QA Support Specialist

Your tasks:

As a QA Support Specialist, your main tasks and activities will include: 
- Assuring the quality and user friendliness of our products. 
- Setting up a test plan, writing and execution test scenario’s which cover the user stories in order to achieve this goal. 
- Defining the risk of the user stories as specialist of the software you will be responsible for and taking the right steps in order to reduce this risk. 
- Taking steps in test automation, at least for regression tests. 
- Giving the necessary information regarding testing on demo’s/reviews. 
- Bug management: defining together with the Product owner impact of bugs on users and supporting the product owner in bug prioritization. 
- Handling the incoming support in order to help out the customer 
- Analyzing the incoming support and defining actions in order to reduce the number of tickets 


Requested skills: 

- Good understanding of relevant areas/products/user stories 
- Training and experience in test methodology (min 3 years)
- Training and experience in test automatization
- Experience in bug management 
- Knowledge and experience in Azure Devops (for testing)
- Being able to put yourself in the place of the user and having the user as your main focus
- 3rd-Level-support, Troubleshooting and error correction 
- Experience in test automation and functional analysis – user story writing with acceptance criteria are a plus
- Fluent in Dutch and English, French is a plus.
- Willing to work from our offices in Antwerp or Brussels.
