  • Agility: expect the unexpected;
  • Connecting: build on networks;
  • Think and act outside in: listen to our customers.
  • Agility

    Agility is all about expecting the unexpected. Being excellent in the competency 'Agility' can be different for all of us. Do you embrace ambiquity? Are you creative in finding the right solutions? But most of all, do you have an innovational mindset and not affraid to reflect on you own competencies and develop you personal Learning plan? People whom are really agile seek for opportunities (tasks, projects, trainings...) that push them out of there comfort zone. They get together with dissatisfied (internal or external) customers and work towards solutions.

  • Connecting

    We are all part of a people network and a digital network. Connecting is all about the ability to be aware of this interconnection, to build on it. It helps you to be able to learn and apply first-time solutions. In launching or applying first-time solutions lies the challenge of breaking resistance to change and bring clarity about those new solutions. So, you have to be able to interact with others and building on social expecations and customs. Sharing expertise, solutions and paying attention to colleague's strengths and ambitions can help you connecting to networks inside and outside the organization.

  • Think and act outside in

    We don't have a business if we don't have customers. It's important to understand what will really work for your customers. Make sure you and your customer are on the same page. Keeping the customer happy is not agreeing on every demand but knowing what can be deliverd and if something can't be done, justify why not. Dealing with this requires the right attitude and behavioural flexibility. Needless to say, the more proficient we get in the competencie 'Think and act outside in', the higher the positive return will be.
