Senior Power Platform Developer

The candidate will be a subject matter expert in all aspects of Power Platform including

• Model driven Power Apps
• Power Automate (Automated, Scheduled and Instant)
• Business Process Flow
• Desktop Flows
• Connectors
• Power Virtual Agents - Implementing Bots
• AI Builder
• Power BI (not must – nice to have)

Key Responsibilities

• Work with Stakeholders and Customers to understand the business needs to properly build out new apps and features
• Collaborate day-to-day with an energetic team of like-minded developers, product managers and others
• Participate in design, code and test review cycles
• Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives, technologies and presenting these for architectural review
• Quickly learn existing environment/platform and should be able to provide support
• Educational / Skill / Experience Requirements 
• Degree holder in IT/IT related fields
• In-depth knowledge of IT and computer science principles
• Advanced Excel capabilities and SQL knowledge
• Strong leadership ability and interpersonal skills
• Analytical and critical thinking
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Leadership and multitasking skills
• Proactive and positive attitude

Experience

• At least 1+ year experience in Power platform
• At least 2+ years as General Development
• Basic understanding of technologies, including .NET, ASP.NET, MS SQL Server, Web API
• Expert level knowledge of Workflows/PowerAutomate
• Experience with Azure Devops and CI/CD for power apps
• Expert knowledge in Object Oriented Principles and Design Patterns
• Expert knowledge in database design and development
• Experience in authentication and encryption methodologies
• Experience developing software using Agile/Scrum methodology
• Fundamental understanding of web-based systems programming and development
• Experience in Low Codes & RPA(Outsystem, APIAN, BluePrism, UIpath) would be an advantage
