Main tasks/activities:              
Responsibility for payroll accounting for the assigned customer(s)      
Providing technical advice to the team and supporting the team management    
Ensuring a high quality service              
Project responsibility                
Permanent optimization of workflows / processes and coordination with our customers  
Organization of the team to ensure monthly accounting        
Steering of the further development and expansion of the team and/or the customer portfolio  
Proactive communication with our customers and improvement of the customer relationship  
Job shadowing to discover opportunities for continuous improvement and to promote consistent working practices
Accompanying onboarding of new employees (coordination of 6-week plan)      
Support of the sales department in technical questions        
Testing of the payroll system              
Requirements (professional training and qualification, technical knowledge and skills, required foreign language skills, personal qualities):
Completed commercial vocational training, ideally (FH) business administration studies    
Professional experience in payroll accounting and/or human resources management    
At minimum 3 years German accounting experience in SAP        
Good MS Office skills              
Independent way of working with high ability to work in a team        
Assertiveness and ability to work under pressure          
High social and communication skills            
Distinct service and customer orientation            
Entrepreneurial thinking and acting            
Good command of written and spoken English
