To strengthen our team we are looking for a SuccessFactors Consultant Succession & Development DACH (m/f/d) in full-time.

Working location: home office (Germany/Austria) with occasional business trips.




  • Independent design of functional and technical SF Succession & Development solutions.
  • Supporting the Lead Consultant SF Talent Management in the implementation and start-up of SF Succession & Development 
  • Support of the Lead Consultant SF Talent Management in customer projects
  • Supporting customers with user tests as well as error control and troubleshooting
  • Contribute to the implementation of workshops to transfer knowledge to the team






  • Successfully completed degree in a relevant professional field or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 1 year experience in at least one end-to-end implementation of SF Succession & Development. 
  • Certification in SF Succession & Development desirable
  • Experience in related topics such as SF Performance & Goal Management, SF Recruiting or SF EC an advantage
  • Problem solving skills and strong analytical abilities
  • Fluent German and English
  • Customer orientation and team spirit
  • Willingness to travel occasionally on business (10% - 20%) depending on the pandemic situation
