To strengthen our team, we are looking for a SuccessFactors Consultant RBPs DACH (m/f/d) in full-time.

Location: Home Office (Germany/Austria, Spain...) with occasional business trips.






Independent design of functional and technical SF RBP solutions.
Supporting the Lead Consultant SF EC in the implementation and commissioning of SF RBPs
Support of the Lead Consultant SF EC in customer projects
Supporting customers in user tests as well as error control and troubleshooting
Contribute to the implementation of workshops for knowledge transfer to the team






Successfully completed degree in a relevant professional field or equivalent qualification.
At least 1 year experience in at least one end-to-end implementation of SF RBPs.
Certification in SF RBPs desirable
Experience in SAP HCM roles and authorisations is desirable or desirable.
Experience in related topics such as Employee Central, Payroll, Time Management, SF Talent Management etc. advantageous
Problem solving skills and strong analytical abilities
Fluent German and English
Customer orientation and team spirit
Willingness to travel occasionally (10% - 20%) depending on the pandemic situation
