To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Lead Consultant DACH SuccessFactors Data & Technology (m/f/d) in full-time.

Location: Home Office (Germany/Austria, Spain, Poland...) with occasional business trips.




  • Implementation, integration and configuration of SuccessFactors projects.
  • Contact person in DACH regarding all SuccessFactors and HCM data and technical topics
  • Independent design of technical SF instance, HCM systems and integration landscapes and solutions
  • Lead SF/HCM integration implementations and data migrations e2e
  • Support in proposal preparation for potential new customers in DE/AT
  • Conducting workshops to transfer knowledge to the team.






  • Master's degree in a relevant professional field or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 4 years of experience in 3+ end-to-end implementations of an integration landscape for SF / HCM
  • At least 2+ e2e data migrations to SF / HCM
  • Certification in SAP Integration desirable
  • Experience in a SF module or in a SAP HCM module desirable
  • Problem solving skills and strong analytical skills
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Customer orientation and team spirit
  • Willingness to travel occasionally on business (10% - 20%) depending on the pandemic situation.
