Senior SAP Consultant for audit & backoffice suport

What will be your responsibilities?

 

  • Auditing on quarterly, yearly or ad hoc basis already existing SAP payroll and post-payroll solutions to guarantee that the implemented functionality is aligned with Belgian legislation and regulations.
  • Supporting functional and technical colleagues regarding how to implement new laws and regulations for Belgian payroll and post-payroll processes
  • Supporting colleagues and customers in various ways, from solving minor to business critical issues to implementing new functionality requested by customers or needed after changes in laws or legislation
  • Analyze customers' requirements, advice in how to implement, agree on and document solution and scope, implement, test, move to production and support after go-live of the newly added functionality
  • Provide trainings, knowledge transfer and coaching to colleagues and customers
  • Assist clients in change management, possibly facilitate workshops and provide technical/functional trainings to users…

 

 

Profile and skills

 

  • At least 6 years experience in implementing SAP payroll and / or post-payroll solutions
  • In depth knowledge of configuration and programming of payroll and post-payroll processes in SAP
  • Full implementation cycle experience of payroll and / or post-payroll solution
  • Decent knowledge of Belgian legislation regarding payroll and post-payroll processes. Further training and coaching will be provided
  • In depth knowledge in other SAP HCM modules: PA, PY, OM, TM, Enterprise Compensation Management
  • Excellent critical, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Results oriented mindset, able to convince customers, colleagues and stakeholders of the road to take and / or solution to implement
  • Drive and Persistence
  • Pro-active towards customer needs
  • Customer oriented and flexible
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills - FR/EN
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team
  • Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment with numerous stakeholders
