What will be your role?

  • Based on your expertise, you will run qualitative (payroll and / or post-payroll related processes for your client(s) on their SAP system.
  • You will be responsible for the monthly preparation and completion of the payroll run, in accordance with legislation and internal procedures.
  • In addition, you will be responsible for the optimal processing of post payroll tasks, which covers all NSSO (RSZ) tasks after payroll calculations; (DMFA, finprof belcotax, etc).
  • You will be closely working together with your client’s HR department, supporting and guiding them with regards to payroll and post-payroll related questions and/or problems.
  • With support from our back-office experts, you will need to understand and apply legislative guidelines (payroll/post-payroll) and advise and guide your client about new relevant regulations and updates.
  • You will recognize and propose optimalisations building a strong partnership relationship with your customer.
  • You will also provide periodic and client-specific reporting.
  • One of your priorities will be to be proactive and customer-focused in maintaining excellent customer relationships.

 

Wo are you?

  • First of all, you are service-oriented, enjoy helping people, understand what is important to someone and can translate this to others.
  • You have knowledge of Belgian payroll and / or post-payroll processes, hands-on or through your educational background.
  • You have notions of social legislation.
  • You love making new contacts and you embrace growth and change.
  • You are good with numbers and accuracy is your thing.
  • With your analytical approach you manage to quickly make connections and develop them further.
  • You learn quickly, take initiative, can plan your work independently and think proactively and solution-oriented. In addition, you are a good team player.
  • You speak Dutch and English. French is an asset.
  • Working experience with SAP HR is an asset.
